May brings us into the fire season. Our energy & vibrancy shifts with sunshine & warmer days. This is the time where moving feels so good and our subtle practices turn to deeper edges, feeling more, clearing our mind & body, ready for experiences. ✨.

Weekly live Classes continue online & in person. Virtual options are perfect as some of us begin spending time at cottages or in the sunshine. There are only Yin & Restore with Hot Stone Savasana practices left til we break for the season. Don’t wait to register.

In 2019 I transformed a space in my home into a cozy respite from those heavy parts of life. Practices here give you a chance to breathe, relax, and set the stress & responsibilities aside to take time for just you.
