Spring is in air! But with a few weeks of winter left we have that simmering contradiction between spring fever & rest. This is the time where moving feels so good but so do the subtle practices. I happen to have both to share with you✨.

A Space to Unwind – Virtual & In Person

In 2019 I transformed a space in my home into a cozy respite from those heavy parts of life. Practices here give you a chance to breathe, relax, and set the stress & responsibilities aside to take time for just you.
