I’m a yoga and meditation guide with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with their inner stillness. My teaching blends movement, breathwork, and subtle energy awareness — creating grounded, nourishing spaces for rest, release, and reconnection.

Off the mat my background is focused in business systems, aiding me to bring a clarity and calm to my practices — rooted in structure, yet led by intuition. Whether through guided meditation, restorative style yin, or flow and wellness experiences, my offerings are make spaciousness feel accessible, even in busy lives.

I believe freedom is something we create from the inside out — one breath, one choice, one moment at a time.

~ CERTIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS ~

With over a decade of experience, my formal credentials include a 200-hour Hatha and 100-hour Yin Yoga teaching certifications specializing in accessible, restorative practices. My extensive training includes Functional Yin under Paul Grilley, Joe Barnett and Jo Phee, as well as specialized certifications in Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, Chair Yoga, and Hot Stone Restorative Yoga. I weave gentle healing modalities into traditional somatic practices to provide inclusive, therapeutic, and deeply rejuvenating experiences for students of all levels.
