Zoom Links: Zoom Links come to your inbox either the morning of, or the evening before your class each week. Join us online about 15 minutes early, maybe with a cup of tea. Connecting before class can be one of the best parts of our day. Be sure to set up your space, arrange any music you might be using (playlists are below).

Yin Yoga Playlists – Thursdays

Winter is the most Yin time of year. Our practices through these months will invite inward inquiry and stillness with options for a variety of edges to support your energy, body & the way we’re feeling in the world. Let’s take the very best care of ourselves ❤.

The 3rd Thursday of each month we sink into our practice of Goodnight Yin. In person sessions include Hot Stones during an extended Savasana. Please reserve your spot in advance as space is limited. Our virtual session can also enjoy the extended savasana.

Hatha Flow Playlists – Mondays

Mindful movements feel grounding, releasing, energizing. Core movements reminds us we are strong. Slow flows remind us we’re free. Breath brings us back to the moment. Surrender allows us some peace & connection. A practice to remember we can always be our favourite version of ourselves.

Through Jan & Feb we’ll create new & reoccurring flows to feel the change and building of strength. Familiarity in practice grounds stresses and anxiety that can grow from the restlessness of winter and the groundlessness of the new year.


Restore – Playlist & Prop Suggestions

Next session is Tues Jan 31st @ 6:30 – 7:30 pm A practice of intentional breath & relaxation to restore your body, brain & energy. Classes may include a combination of gentle movement or restorative yoga, breathwork, guided meditation/savasana and yoga nidra integrating seasonal, lunar and manifestation practices.
