Winter is upon us. January isn’t about growth & change, it’s about rest & letting things transition. Prioritizing yourself with chances to breathe and restore is the greatest gift you can give yourself. We all know it’s true. In 2019 I transformed a space in my home into a cozy respite from those heavy parts of life. Practices here give you a chance to breathe, relax, and set the stress & responsibilities aside to take time for just you.
