Winter is upon us, the holiday season is in full swing & the world is overwhelming. Prioritizing yourself with chances to breathe and restore is the greatest gift you can give yourself. We all know it’s true. Through the dark season I share offerings that create those spaces for you❄️.

A Space to Unwind

In 2019 I transformed a space in my home into a cozy respite from those heavy parts of life. Practices here give you a chance to breathe, relax, and set the stress & responsibilities aside to take time for just you. You deserve it. In person & virtual classes continue through Winter Solstice.
