(60 or 75 min) This practice always begins with an opportunity to arrive and connect with your body & mind. Through slow flowing movements, tied to breath blended with more traditional Hatha pauses, we building strength, balance, flexibility and awareness. Learn to feel your way through your body & create tools to take off your mat into every day life, where you need them most. While often strong, this is always an all levels practice.
