Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”—is a guided meditation practiced lying down. In this state between waking and dreaming, the body finds balance and the breath softens. As layers of tension dissolve, the conscious and unconscious mind begin to reveal themselves, allowing us to rest in a place of profound ease and spacious awareness.
Joining from home? You’ll receive tips ahead of time on how to set up a cozy space and what props will help you feel fully supported.
